The company states that spark plugs would only be replaced after 100,000 miles. Two other auto repair companies saw the spark plug and both recommended that it be replaced. The auto had 60,000 miles on its odometer. Less than two weeks after the 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance was performed at the company, the car stalled twice. When I took it to the auto shop, the spark plug was all black.
A part of the 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance calls for the air filter to be replaced. Less than two weeks after the maintenance was performed by the company, another company showed me the air filter that was in my car. It was very dirty, which tells me that the air filter had never been replaced during the scheduled maintenance
