To all victims of drivetime;
To see that drivetime gets their business license taken, file a complaint with your state corporations division. For example, in the state of ohio, contact the ohio corporations division and ask them how do you file a complaint.
My case:
my car was under warranty and drivetime supplied a defective part to be placed in my car, which caused my car to run hot and become undrivable. My car had to be in the shop for a whole week. I had to pay for a rental car for a whole week so that i can go to work. When my car broke down, i hadn't even made it to pick up my daughter from daycare, who charged me extra fees for not picking her up on time. The reason that i didn't pick her up on time was because my car broke down from drivetime supplying a defective part for my car. I also missed time from work due to lack of transportation. I requested to be reimbursed for the entire cost that i paid out, i spent nearly $500 for the rental car, extra daycare costs, missed time from work and it was drivetime's fault and they only reimbursed me $184.
This place needs to have thier business license taken!
Thanks.
