To consumers beware stay away from this dealer, illegally rip off me and how many others. I purchased a vehicle from them (buddy malco) was the person who sold it to me. I bought a gmc pickup from them, gave them 2000.00 dollars down. And finance the rest. They said that they garantee inspection (first lie), this truck failed for brakes, exhaust. Front end suspension, among other things. They made good on nnone of this. So after spending 1578.00 dollars of my own money to get it fix.
Got it threw inspection, only to find out that they rig the transmission and then had to get that fixed on my own. Keep in mind that im still making payments on this truck. More and more things keep going wrong with it. Finally i showed up at the car lot to confront them about all this. They said sorry about your luck it is what it is, argued with them and got no were. There answer was take us to court. It just so happens that i new one of there so called mechanics that work for them and said that they always go threw this with alot of customers. They get these vehicles and fudge them together to flam other customers. Buddy malco tells them to get these vehicles together, no matter what it takes. So finally the last straw was when my truck finally blew up, i stop paying for it and volentarily let the finance company take it. K&n sent these two guys to come and get it, and they couldnt even operate the tow truck to hook it up. Finally 1 hour later they got it out of there. This truck went back to k& n lot and sat in the back for about two weeks, i received a letter from the finance company (leaders financial) scam artist to, stating that my truck is going up for auction, and whatever it sold for i was responsibly for. 1 week later i received a letter from leaders financial stating that they only got 1500.00 dollars for this and that i owed the rest of the loan. Now i gave them 2000.00 dollars down, and paid 245.00 a month for 9 months, this total equals 4405.00 that i paid in and the purchased price was 4875.00. So how can you figure that i owe them money if i already paid 4405.00 dollars to them and they got 1500. For it at auction hmm that total is 5905.00 dollars. Pretty bad when car lots and finance companies dont no how to count money. It gets even better, leaders financial told me that i owe them 3865.00 dollars still. (must of had dead batteries in there calculator) so with a little investigation i found my truck on k& n car lot for sale, it was for sale for 3995.00. Now remember this truck was supposely sold at the auction. So now noing that these people and dicks, i took my video camera, and a newspaper to the car lot and recorded my vehicle for sale on this car lot, the newspaper was so i could record the date along with the video, this is the only way video stands up in court since you cant change the date on the paper. So i took a video of the serial number the complete truck, and the whole car lot to prove that my vehicle was on the lot, and not sold at auction. Then i made a dvd of this and sent it to the finance company to show them that this vehicle never made it to the aution, and that buddy malco lied to them to.
This is just another way car lots flam not only people but finance companies. 1 week after sending leaders financial the dvd, my phone was ringing off the wall, imagine that, they werent very happy about this finding, and said that they get to the bottom of this. So now there deal was for me to pay them 1000.00 dollars and this whole matter would be cleared up. (i dont think so) due the calculation and if anyone owes money the owe me. Never did get any money from either parties, just a strike on my credit, because of some piece of crap crooked so called salesmen, or the finance company. One good thing that came out of this is that buddy malco got fired and is now at another car lot so beware run if you see his name. So now i going to have to take k&n auto sales and leaders financial to court to recoupe all my money that ive put into this truck. Sad part is someone else bought this truck i wish them luck. Remember when you buy a vehicle from a used car lot get everthing fix before you take it or theyll take you to the cleaners. Piece of crap car lot dont trust anyone on them
