Unpaid claim after they have approved it before repair, claim needs to be released by Heritage before the admin services can pay it. Absolutely no way to contact the holding company Heritage warranty
Heritage approved repair on my vehicle, and after 4 months still no payment. Contact with the Administrative Services who claim to be a third party processor, shows the claim is ready to be paid but only after Heritage clears it for payment. They have no way to direct me to the holding company. ...
