I've recently fallen foul of DLProcure. Two months ago I sent the requested amount of 400Euros electronically, waited the 21 days as advertised, then contacted DLprocure by Email, to which they replied, they were unindated with applications so would take another 7 days then they would contact me to arrange delivery. I waited for 2 weeks and contacted them again requesting either details of the license or a date for delivery, to which they replied, as soon as they had the details they would provide them. As of yet I've heard nothing, and now they won't even reply to my emails!
