In December of I purchased a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta Wagon from Fox Cheverolet. The internet price was resonable and it only had 52,000 miles on it. I had the vehicle checked out at a Volkswagen dealership after purchasing it and they indicated that the car was in good shape. Each time I had the oil changed my mechanic did an inspection and he saw no problems either. Six months later, my transmission dies and when I contacted Fox, they had no compassion at all. They basically told me that the could not do anything for me and that I bring it to VW. Fox assumed no responsibility at all. I believe that the could have helped me with the cost to replace the transmission.
Currently, I using the bus and the car is sitting. I still have to make payments on something I cannot afford to fix. Don't buy from them. They were so anxious to sell me the car, but turned cold when I contacted them about the transmission. Additionally, four years ago I purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Impala from them and I experienced many mechanical problems with that vehicle.
