Internet Auto Rent And Sales, Reno Internet Auto Rent and Sales FAILS to follow through with Contract Obligations

I purchased an '05 Chevy 2500HD from Internet Auto approx. One month ago. Part of the negotiations were: pay off my trade-in, supply me with 4 key fobs & two spare keys, a full tank of fuel, return my custon billet pedals, give me a K&N cold-air intake, and fix the "new" vehicle windshield. After calling 6 times (no call back) I went in person. I left the vehicle for a day, and nothing but fuel was added. I referred to the Due Bill that they agreed to, and another date was set to change out my pedals and filter kit. Second time there, and nothing done but the windshield. According the Internet, the K&N wouldn't swap out and the pedals were stolen. The sales manager and I negotiated a resolution to them not honoring the "Due Bill". He said a check for $522 was in the mail, which would pay for the one-of-a-king pedals that were "stolen" and the K&N coldair intake. Here we are another week down and 2 more messages. No calls from Internet. I have sent this letter, and I will be following through if this doens't wake them up:

To it may concern;
I purchased my truck from Internet Auto over a month ago. After spending weeks and 6 calls with no call-backs, we are almost done. I have left messages for??? To call me since Internet Auto still owes me a check for $522 for the parts listed in my Due Bill that were lost/stolen. The "check is in the mail" was last week, and we still have yet to receive the money owed as the part of a contract or get a returned phone call. This has been by far my worst vehicle purchase experience; calls not returned and more importantly, our sales contract is not fulfilled... My next step if this is not resolved by the end of this week (6-6-08) is going to be contacting the??? County District Attorneys Office in order to file a complaint for obtaining money under false pretenses; a criminal offense in Nevada. I am also launching a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We'll let the DA's office and BBB play phone tag with your outfit. I look forward to your prompt reply to complete this sale.

We'll see what happens, but it is free to file criminal charges and launch the complaint. The company Mission Statement is a joke and it appears it isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Get with it people!!!
