We had purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata from saleman Danny Feldman w / a so called mgr overseeing everything by the name of Jason Ostrosky. As it normally is buying a car, we felt pressured w/comments like "we can only do this today etc" but all & all the buying experience wasn't too horrible. The fun began when it came to the financing. They began to prep the car to take it home. My husband & I were confused for we hadn't paid for the car explaining we wanted to see what our credit union offered before going through their bank PNC. We were told by Jason Ostrosky that we can go with whomever we want & we have 30 days to do so but the loan was put through their bank PNC. All we have to do is get our booklet & pay off the amount when we decide what we are going to do. What we borrow will be the amount we will have to pay off. On Monday 5/12 at around 9am I called Mike in the finance department & asked him what HIS other PNC rates were if we went to 72 months of finance. When his rate was bttr then our banks we told him we wanted to refi w/PNC. He said he wishes he was told this for he sent the paperwork out already & we have to wait until we get our pymnt booklet. (did I mention they wrote our address down wrong so we wont get any booklet?) The next few days were filled w / conversations w/the so called mgr Jason & the salesman. We then were told we could come in & refi w/PNC & not be penalized. We did not show up when we told them which was Thursday but we did go in on Saturday. We were then told they were too busy to do a refi (i.E. Miss we already got your $ so we are not helping you on a day we are making sales) so once again we had to put my 2 yr old in the car & leave. (did I mention I am 4 months preg & am high risk?) Prior to leaving we were told by Danny Feldman & Jason Ostrosky that we can come in Monday nite after work & we can refi. "It will only take about 30 min, " Jason said. Today 5/19/08 came & my husband dragged my son to the dealer again which is at least 30 min away & again we werent helped. Mike in finance said, "It's not my fault. It's the dude at PNC." Mike was waiting for the "dude" to call him back to let him know if we were going to get penalized. Ok, so we were told we wouldnt number one & number two Mike has known for over a wk we wanted to refi! We even spoke to him again when we wasted our time on Saturday! NOW he calls and then tells my husband we will get hit with a fee. That was it my husband left. We decided to have no choice but to go through our credit union so i called PNC when I got home from work at 930PM tonite. Ends up due to the interest my payoff amount will be almost $80 more. It's not a wash like I was told by Jason Ostrosky. I am still fighting this battle so who knows where we will end up but from what I read online Brad Benson is too busy throwing the ball around to care what is going on with his joke of a dealership. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Please beware. This is no joke. My husband & I are both professionals employed by two major hospitals in NJ.

It's amazing these group of people at Brad Benson Hyundai can get dressed in the morning. They should be ashamed of themselves.
