Poor customer service!

I originally created a telephone call to obtain a pull of my automobile (240sx) from the tow lawn. After talking to the consultant I had been underneath the perception that my 240sx could be towed in the pull lawn towards the home. I plainly explained that I'm likely to generate my present automobile (s2000) towards the area and that I will require my 240sx towed to my home. Shawn (or Sean) explained that I'd to complete was generate my 240sx from the lawn to some public region and also have it towed. I also mentioned in one single type or another that my 240sx could be pushed.

After coming to the pull lawn, I named again to possess my 240sx towed to my home.
