I called tanner transmission I told them that I needed to get my transmission checked out to see how much it would cost me to repair it. Prier to that I had my car looked at over at westland ford they told me it was the sleve to the piston. Anyway I talked to rick he told me over the phone that they would come tow my car to there shop and take a look at it he called me 3 days later told me my transmission is still good and it can be fixed and told me that it would cost me $550 to fix my car so I said lets do it. Well a week passes and I haven't heard anything on my car so I call and talk to Rick again well he tells me a different story now. Now it's going to cost me $3,500 everything in my transmission is broke but the pump and now the case is cracked sounded a little fishy to me so i made a few phone calls well come to find out a friend of mine use to work for the company and told me they are known for taking the transmissions out sending them to salt lake and dropping them well anyway so I'm beyond mad now I exchanged a few words telling him it's not possible I had the car looked at prior to bringing it to his shop he tells me he never quoted me a price of $550 I told him I never would have had them tow it if that was the case I told him up front how much money I was workin with and he said ok. Well it is now 3 months and I still do not have my car I talked to them today now I am being quoted that it's going to cost $4,200 the price just keeps jumping up so I told them I want to take my car as is and go to salt lake and pick up my trans. Well they said nope can't allow that it is against there policy now they want me to pay them $586 to get my car back and there going to put my transmission back in my car broke all to hell. I am a single mom with 4 kids I tend children all day long and that was my only transportation and they have screwed me all to hell i have had to get rides to and from every where even to my other job it is sad to say that theses theifs are still in buisness knowing the record they have not only on here but with the better buisness beurea and they still continue to screw people over...
