I paid my Auto load off on April 8 (in Full - even rec'd a $36 refund check!). At that time, I was banking 100% online and my access to my account was completely wiped out.
On April 15, a scheduled EFT tried to hit my bank but I did not have all the $ in so I rec'd a NFT fee of $33.
I requested Chase Auto to refund me the $33 (they refused saying it was my fault for not cancelling the EFT when I had no access to my account online).
While I was on the phone today, May 6, complaining about the poor response to my request to be refunded the $33, I found out they were going to take another EFT on May 15!!?? Even after I wrote in to them - oh well.
I just want to warn you that you have to personally call their Customer Service Number if you pay off your account and have scheduled EFTs. Their number is 800-336-6675.
I will state that everyone on the phone is very pleasant and I had not other issues except this one. I wonder how long it would have taken to get my $ back if the money was in the bank?..
