Bank of America Charged me Overdraft fees on Money that was available to me in my Account

On March 22 I deposited a check in the amount of $2,184 into my Bank of America account. Since the check was an out of state check and my account was new (opened March 5) the bank informed me they were going to hold my check for nine days. On March 27 (Saturday) I went into the bank and requested that I have $100 released to purchase food, gas, etc. The personal banker Chris obliged me and released $100 into my account. He said that my account was $20 in the red so I actually had $80 released and available. I purchased what I had to purchase and I checked my account online which showed me what I had available in my account. On April 1 I checked my account again and saw that my account was overdrawn by $360. The total amount of my purchase was $67.00 out of the $80 that was available to me in my account. I contacted customer service and was rudly told that all the NSF charges were valid because I did not have any funds available in my account. WTF??? I was charged NSF fees for each transaction. On April 4 I went to the bank and spoke with Chris who pulled up my account and lo and behold each transaction was hit with a NSF fee. He got on the phone with customer service and explained what had happened and still nothing. He explained it to his boss and according to his boss, he was not supposed to do such a transaction on a Saturday. Not my Fault. He assured me that I would have my money refunded by the end of the business day. At the end of the day nothing was there. On April 5 I had to fly out of state to finish my divorce. On Monday April 7 I called Chris and he said that the paperwork was on his boss dek for review. I got back into town on Tuesday April 8 and went to the bank. Chris was off that day. I returned the next day on Wednesday and he went into the back and said that My money would be back into my account in two days. It is Friday April 11 and I contacted the bank this morning. I put through to the assistant manager, who explained to me that she did all she could do and according to her boss "The Computer" That it was not the banks fault and they would not refund my money. She said she would credit my account $100 though. I asked for the name of the Branch Manager and assured her that I would be there Monday to speak with him. After Chris had admitted to his boss and it's clearly in black and white that the funds were made available to me, the bankers are telling me that it did not reflect in the system that I had funds available. I am out $350 and apparently it's my fault. My account is new. If I have a $0 balance I can not charge a thing. How is it that I was able to make those charges? I am now late on my rent and don't know what to do.
