This was my first actual car that i bought and had to make payments. Anyway i went to green hummer in peoria where i purchase the car on 03/23 and i traded in my sunfire plus put 1,500 down on the car. Totaly 10,333.48 now because i had a trade-in and put a down payment of 1,500 that left me with a balace of 8,530.48 now i have been making my payments every month on time and never late not according to americredit just as long as you make your payments on time you will not accure any fees just as long as you make your make on time.
Anyway when i contact americredit to see why my balance was incorrect they said that the money that i was paying aplieds towards the interest and the rest to the principle well even though my calculations were as following if my beginning balance was 8,530.48 and i paid a total of 3140.55 that should make my balance of 5,389.93 but instead i get a statement in the mail saying that my balance is 6992.45 if there is anyway in a class action suit please include everyone in this matter. I hope they get nail and put out of business...
