Events in your El Paso Airport facility are reflecting a very negative light on the good name of Avis / Budget.
March 3rd, I hired an automobile in the El Paso international airport. I had been provided a 2008 Nissan, together with your regular Automobile Condition Statement that's a plan of the vehicle’s situation. (Attachment # 1). (Attachment #3) Again, I requested for that specifics. Our insurance provider USAA has educated me they have been uncooperative and elusive.
They eventually sent me within the event record that claims “ft. Bumper rt area center scrape” (Attachment #4)
Nevertheless, this isn't enough info. More telephone calls were created. I eventually got a duplicate of the itemized damage estimation.
