Paint on car is chipping. General manager says "thats your problem, not mine."

This is my first experience buying a car from a dealership and i must say that i am discouraged and disappointed. Two months after i purchased my vehicle i noticed that the paint was chipping off of the hood.
After two weeks of complaining to them they finally agreed to repaint the hood. Problem solved, or so i thought. Two months later i notice larger chipping in the same spots. I have been going back and fourth with the general manager "Wes " and still no help.in my last conversation with him he said 'THATS YOUR PROBLEM, NOT MINE."

I am at my breaking point with these people. If i do not get results soon i intend on going to the media to let everyone know how they do bussiness. I am a hard working man and all i want is a fair deal. Would you pay $15,000.00 for a car thats losing it's paint? I think not.
