I ordered an part for my Jeep and when it arrived it was not only the wrong part, it was clearly used. I repacked the part and sent the company an e-mail as per their return instructions within 30 days.
The company refused to exchange the part. I called on several occasions and was met with nasty employees who would not give me real names or an address for returns The address is now on the website).
After several attempts to contact by phone, I filed a complaint with the BBB (they used to be verified) at which point the company offered a refund. The company requires a code on the box so that you can not return the parts and have your credit card company stop payment.
