This company, represented by Ms Paula Allen, refuses to accept part returns even though their website spells out a return policy. I purchased an incorrect part for $193 and immediately emailed them about my mistake.in the meantime, I ordered the correct part from their website as required in their return policy. I have emailed them 24 times and written them by US mail twice. I have tried to call them but am not able to locate a phone number. I disputed the problem with my credit card company to whom they did respond. They denied ever hearing from me and presented a phony return policy which they claimed prevented me from returning the part. I provided the real return policy copied from their website and tried several more times to contact them to no avail. They are not a reputable company and systematically deny part return requests by never responding and by presenting phony retrun policies. Beware!
