I ordered a radio for my pickup on eBay. They delivered a junky slave CD player. I sent them an email. They didn't reply. I sent another. No reply. I sent another. No reply. I checked their eBay store for a phone number. There is none. I called information to get their number. It's not listed. I found out who owns the company. I called information to get her number. It's unlisted. Then I checked the packing slip and noticed an unformatted number with 10 digits. I thought it might be a phone number so I called it. It was their number, but they didn't pick up. Nor did they return my call.
This company is obviously going out of its way to avoid any contact with customers. If they screw up your order, that's just too bad.
Buy elsewhere.
