On or about Jan 26th I won the action for a 2005 Acura Radio on eBay. The item was paid for via paypal for $161.00 and according to email records the item shipped. Upon receiving the radio it was not installed until 20 days after the arrival of the shipment. Upon installation the radio was found to be broken. During this time I called and emailed and called and was always given the runaround. I finally was given an RMA # The item was shipped back via USPS with delivery receipt
From 6-2-10 until 6-23-11 the company Discount OEM Radios in Ga has not returned calls nor have they worked to solve this issue. The reason for this complaint is this company continues to this day to defraud consumers by selling radios that are knowingly defective and or alleged to be stolen from other areas. There is plenty of information available on the
internet backing up my claims of fraud in this case.
