Mitch Maybin
M & M Auto, LLC, Gave $1214.00 upfront with his promise to purchase auto parts to repair multiple automobiles, parts not received and repairs not made nor completed, hasn't returned calls, cannot get in touch with him, Euless, Dallas

Begininng September 18, I entered into a business agreement with Mitch Maybin, as follows:

Mitch Mabin stole $1214.00 from me and my limousine service.

He stated he needed money up front in order to orrder the parts for the vehicles, one of which he bagan repairs on on 9/18. First he wanted $500.00 up front for parts (air ride shocks and struts, coils and plugs, oil/change), to which I agreed. Five days later, he called and stated that he could only purchase a portion of the parts he needed to repair my vehicles and that the other parts would come in 2 days later by UPS Ground which sounded fraudulent, but because he was referred to me by ACS Limousine in Dallas.

I never saw these parts and did not hear back from Mr. Maybin for 4 days, until I finally was able to reach him, as I had not heard from him. He stated at that time that he had to reorder the orginal parts, as the wrong parts were sent.
