A year ago I purchased a used vehicle and along with it, an extended warranty through Eagle Warranty Corp. The warranty was to cover the vehicle for 48 months. I purchased this through Torch Light Inc., a dealership specializing in used Volvo automobiles out of Parlin, New Jersey. The salesperson highly recommended the Eagle Warranty coverage. Today, as I find a problem with the front axle that would normally be a covered item, I am unable to contact Eagle Warranty Corporation. Their 800 number appears to have been disconnected and the website shown on the policy of www.eaglewarranty.com is inaccessible. I paid $1399.00 for the 48 month policy and have received in return no coverage whatsover... Very frustrating and disappointing! Based on the numerous other complaints I have read here... I am not alone... Is there no recourse?
