Purchased a Platinum Plus Protection plan from Lenz Truck Sales in Fond du Lac in December for a truck we purchased. Sold the truck and wanted to get a rebate on unused portion of extended warranty and to find out that Ultimate Warranty of Wisconsin has filed for Bankrupcy. Spoke with a agent for Capital Insurance (they are a third party that have taken over Ultimate) and she said I should get a refund from the Agent that sold me the policy which would be Lenz Truck. Called Lenz Truck and Crystal told me they are not liable and I would have to file a claim with the WI Commision of Insurance.
