I booked EZ Auto Movers to move my vehicle on Jan 31. I paid $200 in advance. I had the flight ticket for the next morning. But inspite of so many calls from my end there was no proper response and my vehicle was not picked up till night. So i postponed my journey and waited till Feb 02.
Nobody responded from EZ Auto Movers.
So I had to locate another mover in last minute on a higher cost and moved my vehicle with a lot of inconveniences.
I have paid $200 in advance. I called so many times to get the money back. But Some body from the phone said, she is the manager and I need to talk to Joe. But I tried to reach Joe for 2 weeks but in vain. I called EZ Auto almost every day but the refund department Joe was not there. If I give a call in the morning the MANAGER said call me in the evening. If I give a call in the evening THE MANAGER asked me to give a call in the morning. I dunno what kind of time joe is available.
I am calling them everyday. I dont know if i m getting it or not.
Beware of these scam.
