I contracted United Auto Movers to ship my vehicle from GA to IN only because they ("Joe") promised that they had many trucks ready to run that route daily. I had many companies quote this shipment and they were all around the same price so I decided that a speedy transport was the deciding factor and since United Auto Movers swore to me they had many trucks ready and waiting that run this route daily they said it would be picked up immediately. I made the order on a Friday, UAM ("Joe") said the vehicle would be picked up the next day (Saturday) or worst case by Monday. Saturday came and went and I was not notified so I called back on a Sunday to check the status. I spoke to "Joe" and he said it would be picked up on Monday. I confirmed saying "so my vehicle will be picked up on Monday or I am free to switch to somebody else to move my vehicle?"."Joe" replied by saying rudely "go with another company" and so I did. I advise other customers to think twice about using UAM because they will promise things they can't control and they are rude about it when they can't deliver with their promises.
