N-Motion Bankruptcy Mailers, Oregon Bankruptcy Mail Company For Auto Dealers
Fraudulent Business Practices against Auto Dealers and those whom have recently filed for Bankruptcy

N-Motion Bankruptcy Mailers is an Oregon Based company, peddling Bankruptcy Mail to auto dealers.

The first thing that I need to bring to everyone's attention is that this company is actually run by two different people than what the Oregon public records display. The Oregon records will tell you that Stormy Deets and Chris McGee run this company, which is a deception, in order to comply with a judgment filed against the two whom are truly running the company: Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin.

Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin were ordered by the State of Oregon that they could not enter into the business of Bankruptcy Mail for a period of 16 months due to fraud that they have engaged in. They were fired from their prior company for this fraud... Of which they were also minor shareholders.

They used Stormy Deets and Chris McGee to open a new company for them, under a new name "N-Motion."

The fraud now is in what they are selling to auto dealers. First, they are telling the dealers that the data is fresh data, and that they are maintaining the database.

When Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin were fired, we ensured that they did not have access to their computers again... Which means that they were not able to steal the proprietary method in which we managed the data through the bankruptcy courts... Via Pacer and Racer.

So, what this has resulted in is N-Motion Bankruptcy Mailers telling Auto Dealer clients that they are getting fresh "bankruptcies" when in fact they are not.

Next, N-Motion is not executing the program that they sell to dealers in the same fashion that it is sold. It would be impossible for them to do so... As I stated above, they don't have the correct data... So they mislead the dealers... Hence the dismal results...

No one wins other than N-Motion.

Next, N-Motion tells those that have recently filed for Bankruptcy a host of lies. First, they claim to have first hand knowledge of reaffirming an auto loan through a bankruptcy. First, the knowledge that they claim to have is 100% inaccurate. They tell these people that they are not given credit for the loan... And that it will not reflect positively on their credit report.

This is a complete 100% lie. They say this because they want to sell their services. Great people to do business with eh.

We have spoken to over 16 auto dealers during the past 6 months that have used N-Motion's services... And they all have the same things to say... They all feel like they have been taken advantage of... And they feel they received zero value for their advertising investment.
