I worked here for 7 years and it was good at first and then sorry managment came in and treayed every body like crap. The head service manager Tony Spalding is a liar and snake in the grass who wull stab you in the back and leave the knif in you, his right hand person Patty Dooley is a liar, cunt, and very dis honest bitch. They promise big profite bonuses at the end of the year and then its always something about some bull crap and then you never get you profit bonus but the sorry service managers do. You have to make at least 12,000 a month in labor as a mechanic there or they treat you like crap and tell you hey you need to lie and find other things wrong with the machine even when its not under warranty, like the time Bar Const. Brought a Exc.in the shop thinking the pump was bad all I found was a out side rattle on the pumps fixed it and worked fine I was told to take the pump off and lie in my report to say it failed the preesure test so the service manager could look good on making that money. The service managers always get there bonus but not the hard working employee who made the money for the company. Beware the lie and tell you what you want to here to get you to come work there and once your threre its to late. Well I can also say that they will lie, lie, lie to you and the customer I just got tired of all the bull crap and left and told them to f-off when I walked out the door. Stay away from these people just remember for every person they hire which is every day, 5 walk out the door.
