My daughter went to Bill Heard because of there advertisment on the radio, which by the way is false advertisment, and worked a deal out withthem on a trade for a 2008 colbalt car. Her truck that she traded in was a 2004 ford ranger that she owned more than it was worth and we new this. They made the trade with her and she left on a friday afternoon which was the 4th day of jan. 2008. Everything was signed down payment was left there, insurance bought right there on spot.
Two days went by and no word so she figured everything was fine.By wednesday afternoon she called me ceying and stated that someone from bill heard called and said that they need 5000.00 more dollars or the car back right now. I went to meet her at bill heard and took all paper work in and ask to speek to the highest person there. They that would be tarrance brown.
We waited and finally a guy came to meet us who could barely speak english and said he was the manager. We taled about this and he said that the bank would not give her the loan without more money down and at that time hat they didnt know what or where her truck was. I told this man i think is name was sanio that i wanted to speek to the person that sold her the car. He stated that they fired him yesterday.
Then i told him that they were not getting the car tonite untill my lawyer had a chance to look at this paperwork that was in my hands that stated that the dael was done. When i said this he stated that there lawyer was on site and that he would go get him and wanted the keys to the car and i would not give them up. A second later walks in trance brown who we were thinking was a lawyer who was just another salesman who was acting like he new the law.
I started seeing we were being played and thats when i told them that she only wanted a used program car and to find her something that would work by friday and not to send any of there depoist cks into the back until we returned on friday and that i would bring the car up there and make the deal. Brown agreed and said they would hold the checks untill i returned. My daughter and i left and went outside and picked out several used cars.
Friday i returned about 1230 and went in side and ask for brown. Then someone else came over to help and i coild see brown peeping around a corner looking at me this made me very upset but i decided to play the game. Then i explained for the thrid time wht i was doing and the new car was out front. They wanted the keys but i would not release them at that point. Then they carried men to this man named blankenship in a closed office who was suppose to scare me but didnt work i still kept the keys. I explained again what was going on and that they were suppose to be finding another way for here to get a car. He then gives me to another salesman on the used car side with all the paper work.
I then explained again what was going on and then we started looking at used cars. After about 3 hrs they finally stated they needed proof of residences from her check stubbs and anything else going in her mailbox and that they found a car that would work and at same time wanted me to buy the truck i was looking at. I called my daughter and see left work and went to her home and got all the paperwork that she needed for them and to meet me there that they said they had her a car that it was a 2006 coalbot with 41000 miles. She arrived and gave the paperwork to them and he said that everything looked good.
About 1 hour went by and all of a sudden the salesman named jim came out the door and said he needed keys to the new car that they could not do the deal. At this point after being there for 4 hours i got upset and went in and demand her two checks back one for 500 and one for 700 i the demand my cash money back on the insurance that i payed which was 240 dollars. Jim left and came back with one check the 500 dollar and stated that the other checked was depoisted this morning by mistake but we saw the checks in the folder wednesday night and they stated they would not be turned in. He would not release the check until i gave him the keys and i would not do untill i saw here truck and something signed that they would give her a check.
The insurance money was worked out by Noel from Bill Blake insurance and then it really got heated cause brown decide to show his face and i told the whole place what a lair this man was and then another salemans started threaten me and security had to be called. About an hour went by and we finally got her truck and one checked after we got a stop hold on the 700 dollar check.
These people are doing people so wrong and iI want to put a stop to them matter of fact im looking for a good lawyer who wants to go after them. People please listen they are crooks and will take your money they tried to charge us for mileage on the car thats why the sent the check in so the salesman jim stated at 49 cents per mile. Please hep me fight this, anyone.
