My daughter bought a car from bill heard in collierville, tn. She has had the car for about 3months. On may 9, my daughter went over to my mother house to pick up her son. She was in the house for a short period of time. It was long enough for my grandson to give his greatgranny a kiss goodbye and for my daughter to grab the keys of the dining room table... When my daughter look back outside her car was gone... So my daughter started crying and calling the police, we had to cancel all her credit cards, bank cards and everything... Then i call the bill heard and ask them did they come and get the car the salesman told me they didn't. Eshe stated that the memphis area teacher credit union had my daughter account and that we had to call them... So i call macu, and the younglady stated that my daughter didn't have an account with them. So she ask me for her ss#, date of birth, first and last name, everything and still could not pull up an account... Then the younglady stated that they haven't sent any paper work over to them for them to qualify my daughter for a loan... Mind you my daughter had the car for 3months. And every time i would call bill heard to see where my daughter need to send her car payment, they always had an excuse for her to come in and sign more paper work. My daughter got approved for her loan, so her payment was due may 26.. And i ask him how do we know where to send the car payment to if we don't have any address, and the only thing he told us give him a day and he'll call us back with all the information... No one never did call us back and everytime i tried to call with my daughter on the phone and they didn't know i was on the other end they ask her to bring in more money... And i must have went off... Now yesterday the salesman told me that they had been looking for my daughter and i told him that he was lying and no one had called my daughter, my mother or myself. Because if they did we would have brought the car back... They took off with everything my daughter had in her car... Now how do we know if he didn't write her ss# down or even her drivers lincense # down, or even our home address... in all i think bill heard need to be stop!!!
