In April my son bought a 2005 chevy cobalt car from them and they talked him into buying an extended warranty for 7 years - 70,000 miles. The car had 30,000 miles on it when purchased. He assumed the warranty would cover his first new car for 7 years or untill he had 100,000 miles. 30,000 70,000 is 100,000, right. WRONG.
When he recieved the paperwork for his warranty from chrysler it stated that the extended warranty started the day the car was first sold in 2005 to the previouse owner. What's up with that. I called the financial manager at the dealer and was told that he no longer worked there, hmmmm.
Calls to chrysler service have resulted in the same response, YOU SHOULd HAVE READ THE SMALL PRINT. Will never buy anything from these people again.
