I purchased several parts for my car online at isaparts.com 3 weeks ago. My card was already charged for $270.02 but until now the parts i've ordered has not arrived. Their ad really caught my eye because they offered free shipping. I tried sending them an email at [email protected] and at [email protected] (displayed on the confirmation page after my purchase) but never got a reply back. I also tried calling their number but it always goes to a voicemail so i just left them a voicemail to call me back. But guess what? No one called. So now I'm thinking this is maybe one of those company that does not exist and I have gotten ripped off! Until now I try to call them to straighten things out but still no luck contacting them. Once my credit card bill arrives then i'll just have to dispute the charges made by this company.
Anyone out there that have been victimized by this company?
