I had ordered the free trial offer of the Garcinia Cambogia Elite and received my bottle not too long afterwards.
I looked everywhere on the website to see if there was an auto ship set up that would continue to send you product if you didn't cancel within a certain amount of time. I couldn't find anything.
Low and behold I got charged $95.99 a few days ag.
When I FINALLY found a customer service number I was cut off 3 times before I finally asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. He was very short and quite rude as was the last woman I spoke to. They both said there was audio problems with their system or the system was slow... Blah, blah, blah!!! I have a ton of patience but I'd had enough and told him how much of a scam this was. He finally agreed to refund me $50 and cancel my account.
So we'll see if that ever happens.in the meantime I have contacted my bank to inform them of the situation.
Don't even think to order this product through this website!!! I should have known better.
