Took 8 days to get a blower motor. It arrived damaged. Called customer service who offered to sell me another one but wouldn't refund my money on the 1st until they received it back. Glad I didn't take the bait! Called UPS, they didn't pick it up, but they did credit the shipper for the insured ...
