Americredit is one of the worst places i've ever had to deal with first thing is i was having problems making my payments due to a some time off work. I had called them explained the situation they told me the only thing they could do was change my payment date. I could'nt do deferment because i had not had my account a year yet. When things got really behind. Because i was still having trouble making payments,
I had called once again than all of a sudden i could do deferment even though i not had my account a year. I had asked the woman why could i now do deferment payments, i had told her what i was told before. She said she had never heard of having to wait a year.By now i was starting to get really pissed off.
So the thing to do was pay 2 months of interest.in which i had to send quick collect, than they ey would fax a form to sign at that time i did'nt have a fax so i went to a local store who had a fax i waited a few days still no fax i called americredit they said they faxed it several times. They also said the offer would expire in 2 days.
I went to my brothers house he had a fax (i would have went there earlier but i did'nt want him to know my business) than they said they would fax it at that number. Again i waited 3 days and still nothing. I called them again. When i started to get very angry at the woman. She told me it was too late the offer had expired. I told her of the proplems i was having. She said i'll try again to fax it.
Than suddenly what do u know it came through. So i signed the paper sent it back i even called them to see if they had gotten it (by now i really don't trust these people) yes they had gotten it. So i thought my prolems were over. Wrong it was just the start. When i gotten my next bill. I had owed 3 months of payments!!! Well i called them and asked what was going on they said i never did the deferment cause they never got the paper work back.
I had told the woman i had talked to someone who said they got it. I told her i was getting madder by the min and ran down all that has gone down. She told me to hold she was going to talk to a supervisior, so i waited she came back on the line. Told me the paper was in the supervisiors hands and she had lost it!!! And that i would have to start all over sending the paper through. What a bunch of shit i thought. So once again we played the same game. Than everything was fixed. Or so i thought!
2 weeks later a tow truck was at my door to take away my blazer. Because i had not paid in 3 months. So right back on the phone to americredit iwas well guess what they had not gotten the paper work once again. So we set up to have it faxed at a local kinkos. This time it had gone throgh it was even on my bill. But i'd never deal with this loan company again. I'm sure this will not be the last time i'm going to have prolemes with them. But for now i'm trying to refinance my blazer. Hoping to leave this company far behind.
