I have had my 2004 vehicle for three years now and I have had a problem with my finance company since flat iron services took over. I am severely upside down on my car note due to centrix financial charging high compound interest rates. I have explained to flat iron that my pay dates have changed since I started working for the school district.instead of getting paid in the middle of the month, I now get paid on the last day of the month. Flat Iron advised me that since I changed my car note in the beginning, I was not able to change the car note again. Their customer service (or lack of) advised me that I should be thankful that the car note was changed then and that if I couldn't pay my car note on time that I should not have a vehicle. Every month I have the same problem. They call me a day after my note is due and yell at me for not having it there on time. I explain to them again that I get paid six days after the note is due and that the check will be sent to them then. At that time they advise me that a check needs to be given to them NOW, and that I need to start making my payments on time. Every month I am harassed by this company in this manner. I deserve better than their high interest loans, but unfortunately I am not able to refinance my car to get a better rate, since this company is not known for its trustworthiness. Flat Iron has a lot to handle since centrix financial went bankrupt. All flatiron needs to do is train their employees in customer service and fire their upper management. They need to learn that the customer is the reason why they have a job in the first place.
