C.A.R.S. Complete Automotive Repair Services (or Customers Are Really Screwed) Ripoff

Don't buy this warranty unless you like stress. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your car or truck that is covered under warranty you will be covered for the cheapest used replacement part that the warranty company can find: My radiator blew up and they found one in California for $30. An aftermarket new one is $120. $120 - $30 = $90. $90 is what I paid for the radiator. It also would have taken 10 days for the used radiator to arrive which is another reason I opted for the new one. They will pay VERY LITTLE for labor and forget about getting a rental car paid for. The customer support is HORRIBLE! I called with a question and the woman at the other end said she didn't work in the customer support department and probably couldn't answer my question (why would you even answer the phone lady?). Needless to say I will be using usacomplaints.com before I buy anything or any service in the future. Do not buy a c.A.R.S. (Protection Plus, Inc.) WARRANTY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
