The South has most definitely the worst customer service that I have experienced. Out of the multiple experiences here in the South in the last 6 months, this business, for instance, tinted my windows on my Honda sedan that came out to have multiple bubbles on 4 windows. I asked them to redo it, and they redid one window that came out to look even worse: it now has wrinkles on the tint.
At the same time that I paid for the window tint, I also ordered a clear bra for my car. It has been over 3 weeks now, and they "still have not received it." At first they told me that they ordered it from Californial via UPS, and then told me that the product is coming via FedEx. They told me that they do not have a tracking number.
In any case, I asked them to refund my money for at least the clear bra that they have neither received nor installed on my Honda, and they are saying that they are not giving me my full refund. I'm on military orders and now have to leave this God-forsaken place without their service ever rendered. With $165 stolen from me by this business, I am not a happy camper.
