I went to get my windows tinted at this establishment. They boast a "lifetime guarantee" on their tint, so just in case something happens, they will fix it for free. Well not even 24 hours after I got my windows tinted. My back window has a tear in it.
So I took it make to Black Eclipse and he said they would have never left it like that (well obviously they did since it is there!). He asked me if I rolled down the windows or was there anybody in my back seat. I explained to him that after I got my windows tinted, I put the window lock on and my car sat in my driveway the whole day.
It wasn't until I got in my car later that night, that I noticed the tear. He hesitated and looked around. He claimed that it would be a two hour wait and he said there was a few cars ahead of me. I told him I would wait. I start there in the waiting room for almost two hours, and watched him pull in cars that CAME AFTER ME! They knew full and well that I was waiting and the let people cut in front of me. So I just left and chalked up the experience as a learning lesson. Do not get your windows tinted here. If you should have a problem with the tint, they will make you go through hoops just to get it re-done.
Save yourself the trouble, and get your windows tinted elsewhere.
