Please, pretty please, add my name to any lawsuit. I have been paying triad now for about a year. Have paid more than my actual payment.
In my first year we have paid $8,280. Amount financed $30,953 and the payoff is $30,344. So you tell me of $8,200 only a little less than $600 has gone to principal.
You can't never get a direct answer from triad and please don't ask for a supervisor. You are the worst person in the world.
They hounded my phone a day after my payment was late. Even as early as 7:15am in the morning which is against the law.
Unfortunately i haven't been disrespected by them, because i do not answer my phone, i do not care how many times they call. It is against the law to harass. Has anyone reported triad to their states attorney office? I found out reported triad to bbb does not help as much.
