I had paid my car loan by check thinking my deposit from work would be in the bank in time, which it didn't until the next day, I called United Auto Credit and asked can I just come in and pay cash instead and they said yes come in. I paid cash got a receipt on the 6th and I thought that was it, until they ran my check again through my bank on the 10th after they received my money in cash on the 6th, so I called them because now I have a returned check fee of $35 and now I am in need of a letter from them stating that it was an error on their part because they already got paid and I can show that to my bank to get my $35 back.
I called their office and ended up speaking to Leona (spelling) a customer service person she was very load a rude then I spoke with assit. Branch manager Juan who was very rude and doesn't do well with customers that are upset, I asked Juan many times may I speak to his supervisor and he refused and I asked what is his name and he refused to give it to me. I ended up getting his name from their Wheat Ridge office the main supervisor branch manager in the Denver office is Chuck Williams This company is saying it's my fault I should of made a stop payment on the check when I came in to pay cash, as if their company can't see I paid my bill so quit running my check through my bank.
No one will help me. I am facing this company to continue to put the check through my bank over and over as many times as they want. All I want is my $35 from my bank that I was charged a return check fee. And I wanted to make a complaint about the rude female leona I think that's how you spell her name and her supervisor Juan and the branch manager Chuck Williams all at the Denver office where my loan is out of. Another guy named Gettio (spelling) from the Wheat Ridge office listened to me while I was crying and has been trying to work on this for me and he was very nice. He said he's not sure what he can do for me since he can't see my account because my account is out of the Denver location and they can only take payments from me, but he said he will try. It's a shame that I can't get anyone to help me before it's too late.
