3mos. After i purchased the car i had to replace the left catilitic converter. Two mos. After that i had to replace the right catilitic converter. 4 weeks later i had a blowout on the left rear tire due tu excessive wear on the inside.
4 mounths later i had to replace the two rear tires, excessive wear on the inside especially the left side. About 5 months later on routine maintenance i had to replace the 2 rear tires due to excessive wear on the inside tread.
That is 7 tires in 14 months. I took the 2004 crown vic to a front end specialist for a 4 wheel allingment, the front was out. 06 degrees, the back wes out. 68 degrees. There is no tollerence for adjustment in the rear. The chassi is twisted due to an accident loman ford had with the car before they sold it to me.
I was told that the car had been sideswiped it had superficial dammage and was repaired in their shop.
The trunk constantly gets 2 to 3 inches of water in a heavy rain, and they don't have a body shop in house, they have to send the work out.
I called them 12 times in 2 weeks with NO return call. They took one week just to get me a loaner that they had to rent from enterprize.
They committed fruad and are responsible for all dammages to my equiptment i losi in my trunk due to the 3 inches of water in it.
They have had the car eight days and i have heard nothing.
You cannot fix a twisted chassi. I want my money back and the money i spent
