I located a car fender for a '63 Ford Fairlane which was posted on "Choose Your Item.com". I contacted the company regarding the item. The asking price was $200.00. After some negociating with a gentleman by the name of George Bennett, we came the agreement that I would pay $150, plus s/h.
The next day I mailed a money order in the amount of $188.00. Mr. Bennett notified me two days later that he received the money order.
Approximately a week and a half later he contacted me and stated he would ship me the fender. I did receive a fender but it was not the one I ordered. Therefore, I immediately contacted him to inform him of this.
After several emails and calls back and forth I have been unsuccessful in receiving the correct merchandise I ordered, even though he has admitted to his company making the error. The final emails are requesting that I send the incorrect fender along with additional monies to correct their error. I thus far have refused to do so. I feel this is not good business on his behalf.
