Ordered left front fender for 2002 Mercedes 230 Kompressor.
Fender was delivered, but when shop tried to install they
found that it was the wrong fender. Called and talked to
Cristine and she told me to wrap up old fender and they
would have UPS pick up and send back to them. I then called Christine to find out when they would send the correct one and she told me that they could not get the correct fender. She told me they would credit my account when the old fener came in. It has been at least a month now since it was sent back and I still have not recieved any credit back to my account.
I have called now for a week straight trying to talk to
someone and left several messages. The only person I can
contact is sales and they will connect you to accounting
which is a recorder. $268.00 short, will try talking to
Visa but they have probably already paid due to the time
it took to find out they sent out a fender that they supposedly now cannot even get.
