Network Signing up with Elmer Stores Network 1 month ago, so far nothing happened, Kasikornbank

On December 17th I made a wire transfer through my bank in Thailand, Kasikornbank, to the Israel Discount Bank, account 70311473, Beneficiary Name: Elmer Stores Ltd.in the sum of US $ 3.500, — for a lifetime ownership, giving me an annual guranteed income of US $ 45.000, — with a money back policy for the coming 12 months.

However, today January 15th nothing has happened, although they are saying that my internetshop would be set up in no-time and running within 2 weeks. Before signing up I searched the internet for weeks, even looked on the RIP OFF side, but could not find anything about this organization at all until today. Please let me know what steps can be taken. Several e-mails were sent to Ryan Glanville from this organization, who told me he was busy with the marketing part.

But today I could not login to my Affiliate Login, telling me the login name or password was false. I am very worried about the situation.
