I was given a finace rate at the time I was sogning the loan, then three days later received a call saying, sorry your rate is three points higher, when confronted the answer was: Sorry, but you were given false information at the time the loan was signed.
This same issue repeated on the entire time I have had the loan, when I call to check balance or terms, I was told something, and when calling a few months later, another person said, sorry for the misinformation, there is nothing we can do about that.
Under no conditions take and/or accept a loan or finacing from this company, they are a total RIPOFF, be ready for after you have signed the loan.
