I am glad I am not the only one who as gone through this! We have spent over $3000 fixing a vehicle that was financed through Credit Acceptance.
When called about the warranty they say they have nothing to do with the warranty yet everytime you call the warranty company they redirect you to Credit Acceptance.
The warranty has covered nothing that was in the contract and Credit acceptance says that every payment we have made has gone directly to the interest. They even told my husband that he needed to take financing 101 because we argued with them over that statement.
We told them to come and repossess the vehicle and that we would take out everything we paid for, ie, transmission, transfer case, serpentine belt, spark plugs, spark plug wires, TOD sensor, air conditioner compressor, and now we have to replace either the alternator or the starter.
They will not repossess a vehicle that won't run! Yet they want us to pay for it! Explain this to me! If anyone has a case going against credit acceptance or grants drive now please let me know! We could really use the help
