Service employees are liars and thieves. Ripoff

I took my Volkswagen Jetta into Smith Volkswagen because of a noise problem stemming from my engine compartment.

After they looked at my car, they told me it was the water pump that was causing the noise and it should be replaced.in addition to that, the service guy said, the pump is leaking coolant and is vibrating. I had never noticed any leakage from my car in over 3 years of ownership.

After replacing the water pump they came to me and said it is the Serpentine Belt Tensioner that is causing the noise. I told them I am not paying for that new water pump for a total of $521.00. They said we cannot reverse the water pump replacement. I paid, left the dealership and filed a lawsuit.

Two years earlier Smith Volkswagon sabotaged my driver side mirror and tried to get me to pay $425.00 to fix it. What a bunch of thieves.
