Ripoff, Dishonest, Liars and deceiving

I purchased a vehicle from Rancho Grande Motors

I bought the first 06 Hyundai Sonata from them.

I was told I was gonna get a certain amount for my trade in and work on a deal from the vehicle.

They gave me a good price. So it seemed.

I got it financed.

I signed the paperwork and so on.

Later come to find out. They gave me a horrible APR than what I thought I was getting.

Later they said that they couldnt give me the better APR because they will be "losing" around $1000 so its not worth it for them and then I also didnt get the trade in value price I was told.

And when I confront them about it. The sales rep said he dont remember telling me such price.

I was so pissed off but just let it go.

I love my car but I will NEVER step foot at Rancho Grande Motors again.

Buyer Beware!!!
