I ordered an air box for a Nissan PU. After about 10 days I called Thoroughbred and told them my part hadn't arrived. Was told that they didn't have the part and it wasn't sent even though they charged me for it. He then arranged to have another parts supplier send the part, which they did. But instead of the $71 quoted when I made the order they charged me $78.50. When I emailed the complaint they sent me a form email instead of a reply. Very sloppy practices.
