Recently my husband had the oil changed at Walmart on our Nissan. After a few days past I noticed that when I accelerate from a stop light or stop sign something under the car was moving. I also noticed this when I stopped.
After a week of this we took the car back to Walmart and they refused to fix the problem. We talked to managers and also called to speak with the store manager, which by the way was impossible. After the run around, we needed to know what was wrong. We have 2 children and didn't know if the problem was dangerous so we took the car to Firestone and was told that the oil pan was not correctly replaced and our car was running hot since it was losing oil.
I notified Walmart and was told that they were not liable since another company worked on the car. WHAT! After telling the story of how they wouldn't fix the problem so I had no choice but to take the car somewhere else, I was told to have a nice day.
