Ripoff Auto Transmission damage

Had my oil changed at Walmart on a Saturday for the second time in a few months. On the Sunday my overdrive light came on. I went to Walmart the Sunday evening because the car had problems changing gears. I was reasured that nothing was wrong with my car only the over drive had been touched and I needed to turn it off.

The next day my car was driving worse so I asked the men working at my house to check my car and I stood beside the car when the transmission stick was pulled out with not a drop of transmission fluid in the chamber. I put Transmission fluid in the car and went straight to Walmart, so I harassed the manager finally he agreed that I needed to get it fixed and Walmart would pay the bill.

Walmart picked the repair shop and the insurance company sent an independent inspector who could'nt understand how the transmission was damaged, there were no leaks. The car had to be pulled down and now they refuse to pay and I have to pay the bill. Debbie at the insurance company stated before the transmission was pulled down that Walmart would pay if there were no leaks and they lied.

I plan to Picket Walmarts store on Sunday and see a lawyer. The attitude of the manager of the Auto Department was unprofessional refusing to take the situation seriously until I called the manager of store.
